Collective Dreams: Images from a New Generation

Pop-up Noise returns in 2015 with a roaming photography exhibition that travels to Kovan Hub and Asia Square. Collective Dreams: Images From a New Generation features works by young photographers from Singapore, offering fresh perspectives through their lenses. Employing different styles and approaches in photography, ideas and themes explored will be personal yet universal. Proudly curated by Objectifs, Collective Dreams presents the creative output of young talents who have participated in Noise Singapore and Objectifs’ Junior Shooting Home. About Pop-up Noise

Pop-up Noise is an initiative of Noise Singapore which aims to showcase youth arts talents and their original creations to the wider public. Piloted in 2012, Pop-up Noise exhibitions have travelled to various parts of the island including Woodlands Civic Centre and Star Vista, reaching out to more than 23,000 people. Returning in 2015, Pop-up Noise hopes to reach out to both enthusiasts and new friends, and highlight the relevance of the arts to our daily lives.

About Noise Singapore

An initiative of the National Arts Council, Noise Singapore is dedicated to making noise about the creative talent of young people ages 35 and below. Through numerous platforms to express, develop and showcase their creativity, Noise Singapore hopes to encourage young people in Singapore to actively participate in and nurture their relationship with the arts.
