If You Find… An Adventure!
Objectifs Junior Festival
14 – 15 Nov, 20 – 22 Nov 2026
10.30am – 5pm daily
Calling all young explorers aged 6 to 14! Objectifs Junior Festival returns with two fun-filled weekends of creativity, curiosity and self-expression. This year’s theme, “If You Find… an Adventure!” celebrates the joy of discovering the unexpected. Whether it’s a story waiting to be told, a new perspective through a camera lens, or an idea that grows into something extraordinary, every adventure begins with curiosity.
Look forward to:
- Hands-on photography and filmmaking workshops (ticketed)
- Free drop-in art activities
- A special Children’s Market
- Plenty of opportunities to imagine, make, play and explore
And of course, our beloved festival mascot, Lumie, will be back to guide young adventurers on their creative quests, reminding them that inspiration can be found in the most surprising places, sometimes right under their noses! Whether your child loves making things, telling stories, capturing moments through a camera, or simply trying something new, there’s an adventure waiting for every young creator.
Join us for a festival where curiosity leads the way, creativity knows no bounds, and every child is invited to play, learn, and explore in a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space.

Children's Market - By Children, For Children!
This year, we’re excited to host a Children’s Market featuring booths run by young entrepreneurs! It’s a wonderful opportunity for children to showcase their creativity, gain hands-on business experience, and build confidence while selling something they’ve made, grown, or designed.
Happening on weekends in our sheltered outdoor space, the market will feature around 10 young vendors each day, with a delightful mix of handmade and pre-loved treasures. Discover crochet plushies, cute keychains, 3D-printed creations, pre-loved books, and plenty of other unique finds — all brought to you by the next generation of makers and creators.
For our young vendors, the market is a chance to practise real-world skills like planning, pricing, presenting, communicating with customers, and managing money, all while learning that their ideas and creativity have value. For children who come to visit, it’s an opportunity to see what other kids can create, discover new interests, and be inspired to make, try, and dream up something of their own.
Come browse, support our young entrepreneurs, and leave with a new souvenir, a one-of-a-kind find, and perhaps a little more confidence and curiosity than you arrived with!

Camera Obscura
What happens when light travels through a tiny hole? Embark on a journey to the early beginnings of photography! Step into a mysterious, darkened room where a tiny hole unlocks a surprising view of the world outside — projected upside down right before your eyes!
Become a light explorer and uncover the secrets behind this fascinating invention. Before cameras, screens and selfies, curious pioneers were discovering how light could bring images to life. Through this hands-on adventure, investigate the wonders of light, follow the path of an image, and discover how the camera obscura helped pave the way for photography.
This Camera Obscura is designed by Isabelle Desjeux, an artist-educator-researcher interested in communicating science to the general public in an accessible way.
Are you ready to explore the unseen, unlock the mysteries of light, and see the world from a whole new perspective?
