The Art of Chamber Music

by Chamber Music and Arts Singapore

Chamber Music and Arts Singapore (CMAS) proudly presents The Art of Chamber Music, a photography exhibition bookending their 5th Anniversary Celebrations, sharing the art of chamber music through photography, a feature documentary, and a series of Open Rehearsals (Quiet Sessions) and concerts as part of a Chamber Music Residency. Photographers Clarence Aw and Brandon Koh are invited to illuminate the essence and experience of chamber music-making through their eyes. Within this exhibition will also premiere led by NAC’s Young Artist Award 2024 winner, Tan Si En, and Momo Film Co. to tell the quiet, introspective, and intimate story of chamber music-making through a sensorial cinematic documentary.

Audiences are invited to attend the Chamber Music Residency programmes — led by Scottish pianist Alasdair Beatson, British cellist Jamie Walton, and CMAS Founder Tang Tee Khoon]— alongside our Homegrown Series musicians, exploring the great chamber works of the French Romantic masters.
