Join us in celebrating the 3rd edition of the Student Visual Storytelling Awards, where recipients from various schools responded to the theme “To dream…”.

Capturing a delicate tension of hope weighed against burgeoning expectations and responsibilities, the students’ works in this exhibition gesture to the season of life they are at — poised between childhood and adulthood, where the courageous expression of one’s dreams marks the initial step to realising them.

The Student Visual Storytelling Awards is an annual initiative by Objectifs that celebrates the creativity and vision of today’s youth. Through photography and film, students share insights into their lives, interests, and perspectives, offering a compelling window into their world. The exhibition is a culmination of an open call, where students from MOE and locally-based international schools are able to submit works under three categories: Student Photographer of The Year, Student Film of The Year, and Photo Team of The Year.

For 2026, the participants’ works were reviewed by a panel that included photographer Juliana Tan, photojournalist Pek Yan Lin, filmmaker Tang Kang Sheng, and filmmaker-artist duo Mark Chua & Lam Li Shuen.
