Objectifs Junior Festival 2026: Children’s Market
Calling young creatives & entrepreneurs!

Back for its third year, the Objectifs Junior Festival invites children to embark on a journey of creativity, curiosity, and self-expression. This year, we’re excited to host a Children’s Market featuring booths run by young entrepreneurs! It’s a wonderful opportunity for children to showcase their creativity, gain hands-on business experience, and build confidence while selling something they’ve made, grown, or designed.
There’s no boothing fee, and vendors keep all of their own sales! Each vendor will be provided with 1 table (approx 120cm x 60cm) and 2 chairs — feel free to bring along signage, easels, or shelving to make your booth shine.
If your child has been thinking about starting a small business, we’d love to have them join us! Whether they’re selling handmade crafts, baked goods, artwork, plants, or other kid-friendly creations — or offering an in-person service like face painting or live drawing — we can’t wait to see what they bring to the market.
The Practical Bits
- Open to kids aged 6 to 16.
- Market runs each Saturday, 10am–5pm. Set-up starts at 9am, and pack-down should be done by 6pm.
- Vendors manage their own transactions (e.g. printing their own PayNow QR code, preparing change for cash sales).
- We recommend young entrepreneurs run their own booth — it’s a great chance for them to chat with visitors about their work (and a nice moment for parents to sit back and watch!). Parents/guardians are welcome to stay close by if a little supervision is needed.
- Selling cooked food or baked goods? Vendors will need their own food handler permit, and we’d recommend labelling ingredients/allergens too.
- The market is held at our outdoor, sheltered platform space. We’ve got fans and coolers on standby, but do note it can get a little warm.
- Spots are limited each Saturday, and we’re aiming for a good mix of vendors and items — so Objectifs may curate the final vendor line-up.

Our beloved festival mascot, Lumie, returns to guide young explorers on their creative quests, reminding them that inspiration can be found in the most surprising places, sometimes right under their noses!
Across two fun-filled weekends, families can dive into hands-on photography and filmmaking workshops, enjoy free drop-in art activities, and discover new ways to create, imagine, and connect. Whether your child dreams of crafting fantastical worlds, capturing moments through a camera, or simply trying something new, there’s an adventure waiting for every young creator.
