Zinema 電影自學誌 is a fanzine about cinema created by graphic designer and enthusiastic cinephile Forrest Lau. The first issue of Zinema published in 2016 showcases an era that he loves, the French New Wave. The zine includes the introduction to 20 main films made in French New Wave, and some study notes on the era. Each purchase of this zine comes with a double sided poster depicting a timeline of key directors of the French New Wave on one side and a design of François Truffaut’s The 400 Blows on the other.
