The Photo Forum is an informal online gathering initiated by photographers and visual artists Charlene Winfred, Matthew Aslett and Tom White, for practitioners in lens-based mediums, enthusiasts and community members to share and learn through open discussions.
To kick off 2022, Matthew and Tom will host a discussion on street photography.
“Street” is one of the most popular and most misunderstood forms of photography. What does it mean to photograph on the street? Where does the street begin and end? How do you navigate making images that are at once candid and respectful?
