For those who aspire to be filmmakers, this is your chance to make your own short film - learn how to write, direct, shoot and edit your own short film in ten sessions.
Participants in this course will learn both the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking - including scriptwriting, cinematography, lighting, sound and editing. We will also review examples of different genres, including narrative, documentary and experimental, drawing inspiration from short films and features made locally and internationally. You will produce a own short film during the course, using a prosumer digital video camera and Final Cut Pro editing software.
Guided by industry professionals with more than 27 years of experience together, this workshop is your first step in the exciting filmmaking journey!
