Vivian Lee attended the International Center of Photography in New York and was also a participant at the inaugural Shooting Home programme at Objectifs in 2003. An ongoing project for her has been taking personal documentary photos of her family. With her manual OM-1 and countless rolls of black-and-white films, she documented the lives, customs, drama and moods of those around her. She sees the portrait as a personal and social document that informs the human relationships of those involved in, and around the portrait.

Having worked in the arts scene for the past seven years and formerly a project manager at Theatreworks, Vivian is keenly interested in contemporary art and currently works as a project manager for the arts on a freelance basis, incorporating photography where and when possible.
