Open category

The Short Film – Open Category is for short film submissions under 15 minutes in length. There is no restriction on the theme or genre, but films must be shot on the digital format. All films must also incorporate a Panasonic logo, the signature item for Panasonic-MDA Digital Film Fiesta 2005.
