Celebrating contemporary cinema from the Philippines, this month’s film showcase will screen the feature film Sa North Diversion Road by Dennis Marasigan. The feature will be preceded by the short film A Not So Giant Story.

This second season of film screenings, a collaboration between The Arts House and Objectifs Films, aims to showcase films that will open a whole new world for the audience.

Synopsis:
One Man. One Woman. One Car. Ten Scenes. A film about love, infidelity, and redemption.

Based on the award-winning play by Tony Perez, Sa North Diversion Road, the film adaptation is considered one of the best contemporary films from the Philippines. Veteran actors Irma Adlawan and John Arcilla play 10 different couples in 10 different scenes all filmed inside a car traveling along the North Expressway. The recurring theme in every chapter is the infidelity of man.
