THE SPACE FOR ORIGINAL VOICES IN FILMMAKING

Expect the unexpected!

Bringing together a sizable group of enthusiasts, the objective is to "make the video you have always wanted to make in a weekend". You have one weekend to conceptualise and make your 5-minute video with your 4 friends. All entries are submitted on Sunday afternoon and they screen at the same afternoon.

JUDGES' CHOICE AWARDS - 10 FILMS
10 films will receive cash prizes of $300 each. The Judges' Choice Awards, announced 'live' on the Sunday evening, are given to the most interesting works made within the limited time and budget. These films will be screened at various venues after the Fly By Night event.

THE CHALLENGE
Day 1 // Oct 30 (Fri) // 0730pm

Pre-registered participants gather at Objectifs (56A Arab Street) for the opening of the Video Challenge. The challenge begins after the theme is announced.

Day 2 // Oct 31 (Sat) // All Day
Participants make their video.

THE RESULTS
Day 3 // Nov 1 (Sun) // from 12pm
at The Substation (45 Armenian St)
12pm: Submission of videos
2pm: Screening of all entries
Late: Judges' awards announced

Send a completed registration form with a S$25 crossed cheque made payable to "Objectifs Pte Ltd" to Objectifs - Centre for Photography & Filmmaking , 56A Arab Street S(199753) from Oct 1. Payment can also be made in cash at Objectifs (11am-7pm weekdays and 1-5pm Saturdays).

Registration closes on Oct 25, Mon, 12pm. Receipt of payment is confirmation of participation.
